Do you Travel?
Absolutely! Destination elopements and weddings are some of my favorite things to capture! All costs are included in your pricing, no hidden fees. I will go anywhere accessible by plane, essentially. Grab your passports, and let's travel the world together, shall we?
How long have you been doing this?
I've been pursuing my dream business since 2019, but have had a camera in my hand since I can remember. I switched solely to couples and elopements about half-way through the 2020 pandemic. I've shot more than 50 couple's weddings and elopements as a lead photographer at this point in my career, in all types of environments and lighting situations. I've also had plenty of experience as a second shooter, so don't worry. I have a few notches in my belt!
How many photos do we get?
I do things differently as a documentary style wedding photographer. Instead of having a set number of images that you receive, I have no image maximum. This means if it's a quality image- you receive it! I never keep a good image from your gallery.
How do we get our photos?
Sneak Peeks: You'll receive these over text.
Online Gallery: High Resolution Images and Web-sized Images will be available for download via a personalized gallery.
Some packages also include delivery (in addition to online galleries) with a print box+ personalized USB.
Do you retouch photos?
Absolutely! I do offer spot and blemish removal (sweat spots, acne, bruises, etc.) but do not offer body modification in my editing. I believe in the authenticity of who we are as humans- and I want to capture you as you are, not four inches taller or 100 lbs. lighter.
You are gorgeous (this goes for the fellas too). You deserve to be highlighted in a positive light, rather than a way that hides the body you are living in.
Whats your turn around time?
Sneak Peeks within 48 hours.
Engagements/Couples Sessions within 3 weeks.
Weddings + Elopements within 6-8 weeks.
Film within 8-12 weeks.
If shot during wedding season, 1-2 weeks could potentially be added due to volume at that time of year.
How do we book you?
1. Fill out the inquiry form on the contact page.
2. Once we know I'm available for your date, we schedule a "Get to know You" call where I - you guessed it, get to know you.
3. Once we know we'll be a good fit, I'll send you a questionnaire and booking retainer invoice, as well as your contract.
4. Once all the paperwork is signed and your retainer has been paid, YOU'RE BOOKED!
5. We communicate up until your wedding day and have the day of your dreams!
Can you help us with planning?
ABSOLUTELY. From planning your timeline around the light available to helping you select the perfect team of vendors, I have a planning guide that walks all of my couples through the whole process, with tips and tricks along the way!
How far out do you book?
At this time, I'm taking on ten more weddings and elopements for 2023, and have opened 2024 bookings. Don't hesitate to reach out, though! I do have last minute availabilities through the year!
What should we do for an engagement session?
Something that is authentic to you! We can go to a brewery, we can hike, we can dance under the stars, we can go to the drive in, or whatever your heart desires. We can always go chase waterfalls, despite the advice from TLC.
I've even shot engagements at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Central Park, and in Washington D.C.
